Graduated at the Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design. The member of the Russia’s Union of Artists. The founder of the Marmaron — brand of recycled hand-dyed clothing.

Vokrug da okolo — an independent art laboratory, affinity group. Regular members: Zhenya L Zban’, Daria Bresler, Vlada Milovskaya, Leila Alieva. The collective is working according to principle of horizontal self organization. Team members are changing every project, except regular ones. The laboratory was founded in 2012 by Zhenya L Zban’ and Dasha Bresler.
We work with performance and theatre thus we are studying different acting techniques. There are two designers in our group so our interests lay not only in performing and acting, we are really interested in objects and their materiality, qualities and possibilities which they contain. We are interested in form and its structure: believing that fenomenon of form is itself structured and many-layered, and if we'll be quite attentive to it, it's surface, it will tell much more than just individual characteristics of that object. It's function for instance, or ways this object can be applied to surrounding reality.
This way of seeing and thinking of things we employ to our work with theatre matters. We are interested in such aspects of theatre as text and sign and we are trying to work out ways of communication that could be called additional or indistinct: it is not that we do not want to be explicit but some things evaporate if we suddenly approach to fast. We are interested in such substances as time and space and thoughts of them can be articulated through medias such as poetry which can be non-verbal and uneven.
In order to summarize all of the above: we work with text and space (things that are often equal: for example when we are talking about urban text and urban space). Sometimes we work with space and time through sound as media. We are interested in process of perception and fenomenon of eidetic imagery so we can work with different instrument in order to create affluent communication.
